Schools

Working in partnership with Immanuel College and Hanson Academy, our youth workers work alongside many vulnerable young people in school through lunch time clubs and during dinner time in the canteen and on the playground.

Our aim is to befriend, listen and support young people through the issues they face whilst in partnership with school. Young people will confide in us, viewing us as people they can speak with on a regular basis.

The spill over effect of this work is that we meet young people who want to come and try out Sorted. It’s often from conversations on the playground that ideas for Sorted form as we seek to work with young people to meet the needs of them and their peers.
